I start with intent, not interfaces. By understanding what people are trying to accomplish—and what they want to control versus delegate—I design products that make complex systems feel simple.
Over the last eight years I’ve designed products in crypto, payments, commerce, and operations. The domains changed, but the underlying challenge stayed remarkably consistent: understanding intent, structuring information, and deciding what the system should do versus what people should control.
